Can the artists work outdoors?

Yes! It's worth noting that balloons will pop more frequently outdoors due to sharp grass, heat, and even changes in humidity.
Are there any travel fees?

Events within 25 miles of Buena Park, CA qualify for ZERO travel fees and instant online booking. For further distances, please contact us below for a custom quote.
How long will the artist need to setup?

Only 1 to 5 minutes
How much space will the artist require?

Each artist will require a 6'X6' space. If you're not sure where the artist or magic show should be located at your event, upon arrival your artist can recommend the best spot to setup.
Do you have artists that can perform multiple services?

No, we do not currently offer the option to book one artist that performs multiple services. However if you book multiple services that do not overlap, it is possible some services may end up being performed by the same artist.
What if there's a chance of rain for my outdoor event?

If there's a chance of rain, we recommend having an indoor backup venue ready. If an alternative location isn’t available, being able to provide cover or shelter (like a pop-up tent) is recommended.
Do I need to provide shade for the artist?

No, providing shade is never required. Though during extreme heat, it is appreciated. Some artists may bring their own shade.
Do I need to provide chairs or tables?

No, our artists will always bring the chairs and tables they require for their setup. However you're welcome to offer extra chairs and tables to your artist upon their arrival. For the kids during the magic show, it is recommended to provide chairs or a large blanket if the kids will be sitting on the ground.
What if more guests show up than expected?

If more guests arrive than expected, our artists will do their best to simplify designs so as to get to as many kids as possible within the allotted time. You are also welcome to ask the artist if they are able to extend their time. You can also request a change to your booking, however it is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee changes within 48 hours of the event.
What if an artist starts late?

If it is our fault that the artist starts late, then the artist will stay extra so that you get at least the amount of time that you booked for.
What will the artist be dressed like?

Usually the artist will be in some kind of professional dress like all black or a nice dress shirt. We do not offer clown, princess, or superhero services at the moment.
